Lettings Negotiator
We have an urgent requirement for an ambitious, young and dynamic member to join our rapidly expanding team. You should be able to demonstrate an excellent track record in the Lettings industry and expect an excellent salary when you meet and exceed targets. An immediate start is desired.
Lettings Valuer
Responsible for managing and growing our extensive client listings and maintaining the Landlord / Client relationship to a very high standard.
Lettings and sales experience is essential, along with a proven track record in the Lettings industry. You should be highly motivated and expect an excellent salary when you meet and exceed targets. Knowledge of the Reading area is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate. An immediate start is desired.
Sales Office Administrator
Due to maternity leave we have an exciting position for a bright young individual with excellent IT skills (Microsoft Windows) to manage our reception, sales and marketing web uploads and customer contract preparation. The start date is in July 2010.
Senior Sales Office Administrator
Due to maternity leave we have a position for head of administration handling all contracts, client referencing and client liaison for health and safety, move in requirements etc. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Windows) is a must. The start date is in mid September 2010.
