She will take care of your rental property, complete inventory reports, note any repair and maintenance problems and ensure the latest safety standards are maintained. In the event of a problem, Beth will liaise with our Maintenance Department to ensure the relevant repair specialists are employed, and that your landlord is made aware. And as our expert on rented housing legislation, you can be sure any issues will be handled quickly and efficiently.
Caty & Mark both have a vast experience in the lettings industry, and between them make sure that all Jon Hallett managed properties are maintained to the highest standards. Quarterly inspection visits allow them to prepare detailed reports on the condition of your property and, where necessary, video their findings. And in the event of a problem, Caty or Mark will liaise with our Maintenance Department to make sure the relevant repair specialists are employed.
