Bethany Lee: Inventory & Check Out Clerk
If you're renting a Jon Hallett Managed Property, Beth will be your first point of contact. She will take care of your rental property, complete inventory reports, note any repair and maintenance problems and ensure the latest safety standards are maintained. In the event of a problem, Beth will liaise with our Maintenance Department to ensure the relevant repair specialists are employed, and that your landlord is made aware. And as our expert on rented housing legislation, you can be sure any issues will be handled quickly and efficiently.
Caty Johnston: Reading Property Manager
& Mark Smith: Woodley Property Manager (MARLA)
Caty & Mark both have a vast experience in the lettings industry, and between them make sure that all Jon Hallett managed properties are maintained to the highest standards. Quarterly inspection visits allow them to prepare detailed reports on the condition of your property and, where necessary, video their findings. And in the event of a problem, Caty or Mark will liaise with our Maintenance Department to make sure the relevant repair specialists are employed. So, whether you're a landlord or a tenant, you can be sure your home is well maintained and properly looked after.
Lynn Masterman: Operations Manager
Lynn is responsible for the efficient running of our property management department. With a wealth of experience in the Lettings industry and an eye for detail, Lynn is the ideal person to ensure that all aspects of your property rental under a management contract with Jon Hallett are handled with speed and efficiency. Her primary objective is to deliver the highest level of service from the day the tenant moves in to the day they leave. Lynn's aim is to take care of all parties, ensuring that the interests of both landlord and tenant are best represented and that all arrangements are in hand at the end of a rental agreement.

Accounts Team
Based at Woodley Head Office, our expert Accounts Team manage the financial interests of Jon Hallett Limited and its subsidiary companies. They also handle the rents and deposits for our various Lettings departments, their landlords and their tenants.
