Based at our Reading office, Simon is our focal point for all of our current and prospective Landlords. He is available to assist in all aspects of letting properties from an initial discussion about the rental market to bringing your investment to market through the Jon Hallett website and carefully chosen traditional and electronic advertising. In addition to this, Simon also supervises the running of our Lettings team at our town centre location. This ensures that Landlords obtain essential feedback from viewings and prospective  Tenants get to see the best matched and newest listings to meet their requirements.

Based at our Woodley office, Adam is entirely focussed on helping you to find your new rental home. Adam will help you to locate a variety of properties that closely match what you are seeking, arrange for you to see them and guide you through all of the steps leading to your taking occupancy of the home of your choice.

If you are renting a Jon Hallett Limited Managed property, Caty takes care of all your repair and maintenance problems and is responsible for ensuring that safety standards are maintained. Upon receiving your call, Caty will liaise with the Landlord and the relevant repairs specialist, striving to ensure a prompt resolution of the situation, keeping you informed at all stages until a satisfactory outcome has been achieved.

Howard is responsible for ensuring that all properties managed by Jon Hallett Limited are maintained to a high standard by both the landlord and the tenant. Howard conducts quarterly inspection visits to each property and prepares detailed reports and video clips of his findings.

Any repairs that have been identified will be immediately passed to our Maintenance Safety department for resolution. Being our in-house IT and web specialist he ensures that our website and in-house IT are always available to support our staff and customers. Howard is also our resident expert on rented housing legislation.

Lynn looks after our property websites and various advertising initiatives, ensuring that our vacant properties are all shown to best advantage.  Lynn  is also responsible for all aspects of property administration for our Tenants, assisting in the renewal of a property rental and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in hand at the end of a rental agreement.

Sumudu takes care of all of the paperwork associated with renting a new property. Sumudu ensures that the applicant has completed all relevant agreements, references and sundry documentation required to effect a successful rental. It is her close attention to detail that ensures a smooth transition from your wanting to live in a property to being able to move in and ‘live the dream’.

Lee is our repairs man, responsible for carrying out the majority of repair works identified or reported by the tenants of our Managed properties. Lee is a qualified electrician and plumber as well as a skilled carpenter and brick layer. Most repair jobs that come our way are well within his range of skills, thus ensuring that Jon Hallett Limited provides a prompt and economic repair service to our landlords and their tenants.

Based at our Woodley Head Office, our accounts team manage the financial interests of Jon Hallett Limited and its subsidiary companies. They handle all aspects pertaining to rents and deposits for our various Lettings departments, their Landlords and their Tenants.
