After 18 years as an independent Letting agent, I am delighted to inform you that Jon Hallett The Property Agents is merging with the Romans Group.

This is a logical next step for us in this ever changing and challenging industry as Romans are a major player within the property industry and our principal competitor in the Reading area. Romans share our core values and principles, are ARLA members, ISO accredited and bonded, and they are a multi-award winning Company.

Consequently, I consider this merger as the best possible way to accelerate the range of services and offerings that are available to our landlords and tenants.

Exciting News

Our offices, my team and I will relocate to Romans’ own more central offices in Reading and Woodley. All existing contact details for my retained team will automatically divert to our new locations. My team have moved into this exciting new phase and our objectives have remained; to delight and exceed the expectations of all our customers.

My team will remain dedicated to providing the best possible service to all of our customers; and this merger offers the opportunity to further extend the range of our offerings, drawing on the knowledge, support and extensive facilities available within this successful company. Romans were recently voted Lettings Agency of the Year 2011 in the prestigious Sunday Times awards and provide a wide range of property services that are second-to-none. The merger will allow our customers to benefit from all of Romans’ innovative services, including being contactable up to 10pm during the week, an award winning website with over 4,000 visitors per day and a network of 17 branches through which to market your property to tenants across Berkshire, Surrey and North Hampshire.

Couple all this with our caring approach to our individual clients and I am confident that we have a winning combination for all.

With kindest regards,

Jon Hallett MARLA mIoD
